Terms of use

These terms govern the use of Kheddam by candidates and by companies.

Purpose

Kheddam connects construction professionals with companies hiring in Morocco. Kheddam is not an employer, is not a staffing agency, and is not a party to any employment contract between a candidate and a company.

Accounts

Candidates. Registration and use are free. No candidate-facing feature is paid.

Companies. Publishing jobs and accessing candidate contact details are charged in credits. One credit publishes a job. Two credits unlock a candidate's number.

An account is personal. Several recruiters at one company share access by being added as members of the organisation, not by sharing a password.

Published content

The company alone is responsible for the content of its listings. The following are prohibited:

  • listings that do not correspond to a real role;
  • listings that require any payment from the candidate;
  • discrimination on the grounds of origin, sex, religion, opinion, disability or family situation;
  • conditions contrary to the Moroccan Labour Code, in particular on minimum wage, working time and safety.

Kheddam moderates listings and may remove any that breach these rules without notice. No credit is refunded for a listing removed on those grounds.

Credits and subscriptions

Credits are purchased in dirhams by bank card through CMI. They have no monetary value, are non-refundable and are not transferable between organisations.

Subscriptions run for a fixed period and do not auto-renew: a renewal invoice is issued before expiry and payment remains the company's decision.

A credit spent to unlock a candidate's contact details is permanently consumed. Unlocking the same candidate again from the same organisation is free.

Candidate data

Contact details obtained through Kheddam may be used only to offer employment to that candidate. Reselling, transferring, adding them to a prospecting list, or using them for advertising is prohibited.

Liability

Kheddam does not guarantee the accuracy of information published by companies or candidates, the outcome of any application, or uninterrupted availability of the service.

Always verify an employer's identity before travelling, and never pay money to obtain a job.

Termination

An account can be deleted at any time from settings. Kheddam may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
